If you wish to become a customer or active user of our webshop, please read our General Terms and Conditions carefully, and only use our services if you agree with every point and consider them binding upon yourself. This document is not filed, is concluded exclusively in electronic form, cannot be retrieved afterwards, and does not refer to a code of conduct. This document also contains our data processing principles and our data processing statement.

The displayed products can only be ordered online. The prices shown for the products are in forints, include VAT as prescribed by law, but do not in every case include the home delivery fee. No separate packaging cost is charged!
4. Ordering information
Purchasing is also possible without registration; however, if you would like to simply assemble the contents of your cart at your next purchase, completing registration may be practical.
5. Processing of orders
Orders are processed on business days from 12:00 to 20:00.
Orders can also be placed outside the hours designated for order processing; if this occurs after the end of business hours, it will be processed the following day.
Our customer service always sends a confirmation by e-mail. The general fulfilment deadline is 1–8 business days from the confirmation.
The images shown on the products' data sheets may differ from reality and serve as illustrations. Our company assumes no liability for any discrepancy between the image shown in the webshop and the actual appearance of the product
We reserve the right to refuse already confirmed orders in part or in full. Partial fulfilment may only take place following consultation with the customer! If the purchase price of the product has been settled in advance, the amount will be refunded to its sender. If you do not receive a confirmation to the provided e-mail address after submitting the order, we recommend checking the SPAM (junk mail) folder in your mail system. If you have not received the confirmation, please contact us at the contact details provided.

6. Order process
1. Place the product you wish to purchase in the cart
2. If you do not wish to purchase any further products, check the quantity of the product you wish to purchase. You can delete the contents of the cart by clicking the "delete" button. If you modify the quantity you wish to purchase, click the update cart button after changing the quantity.
3. Selection of delivery/payment method.

5. Provision of delivery/billing and login details /If you have already registered, you can log in. Registration is not required to submit the order
6. Accept the terms and conditions of the order by ticking the checkbox, after having read its contents.
7. After providing the data, you can send your order by clicking the "Order" button; before that, however, you can once again check the data provided, and you can also send a comment with your order. (E.g.: regarding the colour, size of the product) If necessary, you can modify the provided data on this page, or you can also go back to modify the contents of the cart. After the order has been submitted, you can modify the order details by contacting our customer service.
8. After submitting the order, the User receives a confirmation to the provided e-mail address that the order has been received into our system.
9. The User acknowledges that the confirmation mentioned in the previous point is merely an automatic confirmation and does not create a contract. The contract is formed when the Service Provider, following the automatic confirmation mentioned in the previous point, notifies the User in a further e-mail of the details of the order and its expected fulfilment.
Please pay particular attention to providing accurate contact details. In the case of an incorrectly provided e-mail address, we will not be able to deliver the confirmation of receipt of the order. If you cannot find the confirmation in your inbox, please also check the SPAM/junk mail folders. In the case of an incorrectly provided phone number, we will not be able to contact you. Fulfilment of the order may become impossible due to inaccurately or incompletely provided contact details.
7. Method of payment for the ordered product / home delivery fee
Payment by cash on delivery: the ordered product must be paid to the courier upon receipt of the parcel, in cash or by bank card. The total amount payable includes all costs, based on the order summary and the confirmation e-mail. The invoice is included in the parcel. Please inspect the parcel in front of the courier upon delivery, and in the event of any damage observed on the products, please request that a report be drawn up, and do not accept the parcel. We are not in a position to accept any subsequent complaint made without a report!
We also provide the option of settling the value of the parcel in advance.
By bank transfer: Please send the value of the order by bank transfer. Bank details: Account holder: HMH Hungary Kft. Bank: MBH Bank Account number: 10100716-88561800-01004003 Please enter the customer's name and the order ID, found in the confirmation e-mail, in the comment field. Products paid for by advance transfer will be shipped after the transfer has been received.
Payment by bank card: Online bank card payments are processed through the system of Revolut Bank UAB. Bank card details are not passed on to the merchant. 8. Home delivery, information
Orders from our webshop are delivered by the Foxpost courier service. Parcels are delivered on business days between 8:00 and 17:00. If you are not at home during this period, it is advisable (if possible) to provide a workplace address as the delivery address. The courier service will attempt delivery twice.
9. Home delivery pricing:
We charge a delivery fee of HUF 1,950 for home delivery. The delivery fee for delivery to a Foxpost parcel locker is HUF 1,250. In-person collection at our store at 1085 Budapest, Csepreghy utca 2. is free of charge.
10. Notice concerning the acceptance of parcels
Submitting the order creates a payment obligation. Only order the desired products if you will be able to pay the courier for the parcel upon receipt! In the case of parcels not collected and returned, we are only in a position to resend them once the value of the parcel has been paid – settled – in advance!
11. Information on statutory warranty, product warranty, and guarantee
1. Statutory warranty (kellékszavatosság)
In what cases may you exercise your right to statutory warranty?
In the event of defective performance by HMH Hungary Kft., you may assert a statutory warranty claim against the company in accordance with the rules of the Civil Code.
What rights are you entitled to under your statutory warranty claim?
At your choice, you may assert the following statutory warranty claims: You may request repair or replacement, unless fulfilment of the claim you have chosen is impossible or would involve disproportionate additional costs for the company compared to fulfilling another claim. If you did not request, or could not request, repair or replacement, you may request a proportionate reduction of the consideration, or you may repair the defect yourself or have it repaired by someone else at the company's expense, or, as a last resort, you may withdraw from the contract. You may switch from one statutory warranty right you have chosen to another, but you shall bear the cost of switching, unless it was justified or was caused by the company.
Within what time limit may you assert your statutory warranty claim?
You are required to report the defect immediately after its discovery, but no later than within two months of discovering the defect. At the same time, please note that you may no longer assert your statutory warranty rights beyond the two-year limitation period calculated from the performance of the contract.
Against whom may you assert your statutory warranty claim?
You may assert your statutory warranty claim against the company.
What other conditions apply to the assertion of your statutory warranty rights?
Within six months of performance, there are no other conditions for asserting your statutory warranty claim beyond reporting the defect, provided that you verify that the product or service was provided by the company HMH Hungary Kft. However, after six months have elapsed since performance, you are required to prove that the defect you have identified already existed at the time of performance.
2. Product warranty
In what cases may you exercise your right to product warranty?
In the event of a defect in movable property (product), you may, at your choice, assert either a statutory warranty claim or a product warranty claim.
What rights are you entitled to under your product warranty claim?
As a product warranty claim, you may only request the repair or replacement of the defective product.
In what cases is a product considered defective?
A product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in effect at the time it was placed on the market, or if it does not possess the characteristics described by the manufacturer.
Within what time limit may you assert your product warranty claim?
You may assert your product warranty claim within two years from the date the product was placed on the market by the manufacturer. Upon expiry of this deadline, you lose this entitlement.
Against whom, and under what other conditions, may you assert your product warranty claim?
You may only exercise your product warranty claim against the manufacturer or distributor of the movable property. You must prove the defect of the product when asserting a product warranty claim.
In what cases is the manufacturer (distributor) exempt from product warranty liability?
The manufacturer (distributor) is exempt from product warranty liability only if it can prove that:
– it did not manufacture or place the product on the market in the course of its business activity, or
– the defect was not identifiable, according to the state of science and technology, at the time it was placed on the market, or
– the defect of the product arose from the application of legislation or a mandatory official regulation.
It is sufficient for the manufacturer (distributor) to prove a single ground for exemption.
Please note that you may not assert a statutory warranty claim and a product warranty claim simultaneously and in parallel for the same defect. However, in the event of the successful assertion of your product warranty claim, you may assert your statutory warranty claim regarding the replaced product or repaired part against the manufacturer.
3. Guarantee
In what cases may you exercise your right to guarantee?
In the event of defective performance, the Service Provider is required to provide a guarantee under the mandatory guarantee applicable to certain durable consumer goods, if the User qualifies as a consumer.
What rights are you entitled to, and within what time limit, under the guarantee?
The duration of the guarantee is one year. The guarantee period begins with the handover of the consumer good to the consumer.
Based on your guarantee claim, at your choice, you may request repair or replacement, unless the chosen guarantee right is impossible to fulfil, or would result in disproportionate additional costs for the obligor compared to fulfilling another guarantee claim, taking into account the value represented by the service in a defect-free state, the severity of the breach of contract, and the harm to the interests of the entitled party caused by fulfilling the guarantee right; or you may request a proportionate reduction of the consideration, repair the defect yourself or have it repaired by someone else at the obligor's expense, or withdraw from the contract.
Withdrawal is not available for an insignificant defect.
Repair or replacement must be carried out within an appropriate time limit, having regard to the characteristics of the item and the purpose expected by the entitled party, while sparing the interests of the entitled party.
When is the company exempt from its guarantee obligation?
The company is exempt from its guarantee obligation only if it proves that the cause of the defect arose after performance.
Please note that you may not assert a statutory warranty claim and a guarantee claim, or a product warranty claim and a guarantee claim, simultaneously and in parallel for the same defect; otherwise, however, the rights arising from the guarantee are due to you independently of the entitlements set out in points 1 and 2.
The Service Provider is not liable under the guarantee for damage arising from natural wear and tear beyond the guarantee period.
Furthermore, the Service Provider is not liable under statutory warranty or guarantee for damage arising from improper or negligent handling, excessive use, or use of the products contrary to their intended purpose.
12. Right of Withdrawal and Return
12.1. Statutory right of withdrawal
Under Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), the consumer is entitled to a right of withdrawal without justification, which may be exercised within 14 days from the day the product is received.
In the case of separate delivery of several products, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, received the last product.
12.2. Method of exercising the right of withdrawal
The intention to withdraw may be exercised by an unambiguous statement (e.g. by letter or e-mail).

12.3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
- in the case of non-prefabricated products manufactured on the basis of the consumer's specific instructions or explicitly customised to the consumer's personal needs,
- in the case of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software, if the packaging has been opened after receipt,
- in the case of sealed products which cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons.
- 12.4. Consequences of withdrawal
- In the event of withdrawal, the company shall refund the full amount paid by the consumer, including the delivery cost (except for any additional costs arising from the consumer having chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without delay, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal statement.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, and the consumer shall not incur any additional costs as a result. The company may withhold the refund until it has received the product back, or until the consumer has credibly demonstrated that it has been returned.
- 12.5. Return of the product
- The consumer is required to return the product without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days of communicating the withdrawal statement. The deadline is deemed to have been met if the consumer sends the product before the 14-day deadline expires. The direct cost of returning the product shall be borne by the consumer. The return may be made via courier service, by post, or by personal delivery at the following address:

In the case of a cash-on-delivery return, the company is entitled to pass on the resulting additional costs to the consumer.
13. Complaint Handling Procedure
The goal of our store is to fulfil every order to an appropriate standard, to the complete satisfaction of the customer. If the User nevertheless has any complaint regarding the contract or its performance, the complaint may be communicated by the phone number, e-mail address, or letter provided above.
The Service Provider shall examine an oral complaint immediately and remedy it as necessary. If the customer disagrees with the handling of the complaint, or if immediate investigation of the complaint is not possible, the Service Provider shall, without delay, draw up a report on the complaint and its position regarding it, and shall hand over a copy of the report to the customer.
The Service Provider shall respond to a written complaint in writing within 30 days. It shall provide reasons for its position if it rejects the complaint. The Service Provider shall retain the report drawn up on the complaint and a copy of the response for five years, and shall present them to the supervisory authorities upon request.

The Consumer may lodge a complaint with the consumer protection authority:
In accordance with Government Decree 387/2016 (XII. 2.) on the designation of the consumer protection authority, the district office of the relevant county seat has jurisdiction, and on second instance, with national competence, the Pest County Government Office. http://jarasinfo.gov.hu
The Consumer also has the option, in the event of a complaint, to turn to a conciliation board.
The conciliation board has jurisdiction over the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes. The task of the conciliation board is to attempt to reach a settlement between the parties for the purpose of resolving the consumer dispute; failing this, it shall render a decision in the matter in order to ensure the simple, fast, efficient, and cost-effective enforcement of consumer rights. At the request of the consumer or the Service Provider, the conciliation board shall provide advice regarding the rights due to, and the obligations imposed on, the consumer.
In the case of a cross-border consumer dispute connected with an online sales or online service contract, the conciliation board operating alongside the Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the proceedings.
In the event of a complaint, the Consumer may also make use of the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. Use of the platform requires simple registration in the European Commission's system. Following this, after logging in, the consumer may submit their complaint through the online platform, available at: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
The Service Provider is subject to a duty of cooperation in the conciliation board proceedings. As part of this, it is required to send its response to the conciliation board and to ensure the participation, at the hearing, of a person authorised to reach a settlement. If the company's registered office or premises are not registered in the county of the chamber operating the conciliation board with territorial jurisdiction, the company's duty of cooperation extends to offering the possibility of concluding a written settlement that meets the consumer's demand.
If the consumer does not turn to a conciliation board, or if the proceedings did not lead to a result, the consumer has the option of turning to the courts in order to resolve the dispute. The action must be initiated by a statement of claim, which must include the following information:
the court having jurisdiction;
the names, places of residence, and procedural status of the parties and their representatives;
the right to be enforced, together with a statement of the facts on which it is based and the evidence thereof;
the data from which the jurisdiction and competence of the court can be established;
a specific request for the court's decision.
The statement of claim must be accompanied by the document, or a copy thereof, whose content is invoked as evidence.
Data Processing Statement
The data of the webshop operating under the domain name addictedromania.ro is processed by HMH Hungary Kft. The provision of data is voluntary and based on the consent of the data subject. The provision and processing of data is necessary for the fulfilment of the order, so that orders can be kept separate from one another and their contents identified. The data controller processes and stores the provided data with due regard to Act CVIII of 2001. It does everything to ensure their security and integrity, and when processing them acts in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information. The delivery data provided may be viewed by our shipping partner, Foxpost Zrt., for the purpose of delivering the parcel.

You may subscribe to the newsletter when submitting an order, or on the pages of the webshop. Subscription is only possible with a genuine e-mail address. After submitting the subscription, the system sends a confirmation link (web address) to the e-mail address provided, and clicking it confirms and validates the subscription. By clicking the confirmation link, you give your consent to receive newsletters. HMH Hungary Kft. treats the data provided as confidential and does not disclose it to any third party. The option to unsubscribe from the newsletter is provided at the bottom of every e-mail we send, by clicking the unsubscribe button, or by request through our customer service contacts. Once the unsubscribe button in the e-mail is clicked, the provided e-mail address and all data associated with it are immediately deleted from the mailing list. In the case of a data deletion request submitted through our customer service contacts, this is done within 2 business days. The content of the newsletters sent by HMH Hungary Kft. is informational in nature, drawing attention to current promotions and information. HMH Hungary Kft. does not disclose the provided data to any third party and does not forward third-party offers to the provided e-mail address.
Statistical data
While browsing the webshop, technical information is recorded for statistical purposes (IP address, duration of visit, etc.). HMH Hungary Kft. only discloses this data to the authorities in legally duly justified and substantiated cases. The statistical tool used by HMH Hungary Kft. is Google Analytics. Google Analytics' data processing policies can be found at http://www.google.com/analytics.
Cookies
Use of the service requires cookies to be enabled. If you do not wish to allow the use of cookies, you may disable them in your browser settings (Settings menu). If cookies are disabled, certain elements of the service may only be partially usable, or not usable at all. A cookie is a file sent by the server operating the webshop to the user's browser, which is then stored by the user's computer. No personal data is stored in the cookie. Data stored in the cookie: cart contents, session ID, whether the "are you over 18" question has already been answered. The session ID stored in the cookie is kept until the page is closed; the other data is stored until deleted by the user in their own browser.
Order data
HMH Hungary Kft. uses the data recorded during the ordering process to fulfil the order. The invoice data generated by the various IT systems from orders placed on the pages of the webshop, together with the data provided during the placing of the order, is recorded and stored for the period specified in the applicable accounting act (5 years). You may request the deletion or modification of your data at any time in writing at the e-mail address info@addictedromania.ro or through any of our customer service contacts. Data is deleted within 10 business days of receipt of the request. Correction of data entry errors is possible before the order is submitted. After the order has been submitted, correction of data entry errors may be requested through our customer service contacts.

15. Other Provisions, Information
Matters not regulated in these general terms and conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code, Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), and Act CVIII of 2001 on Certain Aspects of Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services.
